Teresa has been a dental nurse since the age of sixteen and began working at Abbey mead in October 1999.
In May 1996, Teresa qualified as a Dental Nurse, marking the beginning of her distinguished career in dental healthcare. Eager to expand her expertise, she pursued further qualifications, earning a certification in Radiography in September 1997 and in Implantology in September 2005. These advanced skills enable Teresa to provide specialized and comprehensive care to her patients, underscoring her dedication to excellence in dental nursing.
In 2023, Teresa’s expertise and leadership abilities were recognized with her promotion to Head Dental Nurse. In this pivotal role, she oversees the compliance and operational aspects of the practice, ensuring all procedures meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Her meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of the clinic, significantly benefiting both staff and patients. Teresa’s ability to manage complex operational tasks with efficiency makes her an invaluable asset to our practice.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Teresa dedicates her time to her family. She enjoys spending time with her two children and lives locally in Tavistock. Her ability to balance a demanding career with her family life highlights her dedication and exceptional organizational skills. Teresa’s commitment to both her professional and personal roles exemplifies her well-rounded approach to life.
