for a tooth extraction. On both visits, I was very happy with the new (ish?) dentist DR Georgios Kallivretakis as him and his team were professional, calming, caring and explained everything clearly.
I had a bad experience with a previous tooth extraction so wanted to mention how the two receptionists Flo and Becks made me feel reassured and comfortable due to them being professional, empathetic and friendly.
Dentists aren’t the best places to go for many but it’s amazing what a difference it makes when the first and the last person you see after any procedure , in this case Flo and Becks are such delightful, friendly and lovely people.
The business should be very happy that they have such great staff working for them.
